When does Skinsummers reopen?
We are preparing to reopen October 9. Join our email list for product reveals and updates as the new collection comes together.
Where are the old products?
We are refreshing our product lineup, including some names and branding. Previous listings are being retired while we prepare the new collection. We will introduce what is returning and what is new before it becomes available.
How do Live Scoops work?
Choose a 6 oz, 10 oz, or 16 oz base, select an available theme, then add optional drizzles, glitter, or other finishing touches. Choose TikTok Live or private packing. Your final selection and price will be shown before checkout. Scoop contents and available extras will be listed when ordering opens.
When do Live Scoop preorders open and close?
Live Scoop preorders usually open 24–72 hours before our Saturday live. Preorders close Friday at 8 p.m. Eastern Time, 24 hours before the live.
Once preorders close, Live Scoop ordering stays closed until all orders from that round are completed. Watch for the announcement of our next preorder opening.
This schedule applies to Live Scoop preorders. Your order’s processing window is separate and begins after your order is placed and payment is confirmed, as explained in our processing information.
Do I have to be on TikTok to order?
No. You can order on our website and choose private packing. If you would like your scoop featured on a future stream, choose TikTok Live and add your handle to help us find you. A specific stream time is not guaranteed.
Will the website and TikTok work together?
Yes. The website is where you build and place your scoop order; TikTok is where you can join the live experience. Choosing Live gives us permission to show your scoop, without showing your shipping details.
When will my website order ship?
Website order processing: 5–7 business days. Carrier delivery time is additional. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays, beginning the next business day after your order is placed and payment is confirmed.
Shipping options and charges are shown at checkout. Faster shipping does not shorten processing.
The processing window shown when you place your order applies to that order. If we cannot meet it, we will contact you with a revised date and the option to cancel for a refund.
Does live packing change my shipping time?
No. Live and private packing follow the same processing window. If we cannot feature your order within that window, we will pack it privately so it does not wait for a stream. Purchases made through TikTok Shop follow the deadlines shown on your TikTok Shop order.
Who can help with an existing order?
Use our contact page and include your order number so we can find your purchase. Please do not send payment card details.
