01 / WHERE IT BEGAN
Hi, I’m Jhordan.
I am the person behind Skinsummers. I built this brand from the ground up, and it has become one of the most personal parts of my life. It is my passion, my dream, and something I keep choosing to come back to.
Building a small business means learning as you go. It means putting something you care about into the world before you have every answer. Over the years, so many of you have watched Skinsummers grow, change, take a breath, and begin again. You have seen the person behind the products, too.
What I want for Skinsummers is simple: a place where self-care feels joyful and personal. A little color. A scent you look forward to. A moment in your day that feels like it belongs to you. That is the feeling I want this brand to bring into your life.
02 / THE LIFE BEHIND THE BRAND
There is a human story here.
I build Skinsummers alongside a full-time job and the everyday responsibilities of life. This dream has never existed separately from the person carrying it. When life changes, I feel it here, too.
There have been seasons when I have had to step away. Seasons when I needed time for my mental health, time to grieve, and time to find my footing again. If you have been here through those pauses, thank you for giving me the space to be human.
Returning does not mean every difficult feeling has disappeared. Sometimes it simply means there is still something inside you that wants to create. For me, Skinsummers is one of those things.
03 / FOREVER PART OF THIS STORY
For my brother, Eli.
In April 2024, I lost my brother, Eli. His passing changed my life, and there were times when continuing with the business felt difficult. I needed to pause. I needed to mourn. I needed to learn how to move through a world that felt different without him in it.
But I carry his encouragement with me. He told me to keep going, to keep making products, and that he was proud of me. Those words have stayed with me.

When I say I continue Skinsummers for my brother, I mean that with my whole heart. Building this business is part of how I keep moving forward in his honor. It gives me somewhere to put my love, my hope, and the dreams I am still working toward.
I wish he could be here for every new chapter. I wish I could share the excitement with him. What I can do is keep creating, keep growing, and carry him with me. Eli will always be part of my heart, and he will always be part of this story.
04 / WHAT COMES NEXT
Room to begin again.
This new chapter comes with a new home, a refreshed look, and space to reimagine our products. We are making room for new ideas, new experiences, and a new way to connect through Live Scoops.
At the center of it all is the same dream I have been building. I want Skinsummers to feel welcoming, expressive, and full of heart. I want you to feel the care behind it, whether you are discovering us for the first time or have been here since the beginning.
